Privacy Policy
Last updated: 10 April 2026
This policy describes how Go Krumlov (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use this website and our backend services. If you contact us by email, your message is processed by your email provider and ours. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
Browsing and availability search
You can read most content without an account. When you search for availability, our servers receive the dates, guest counts, and related parameters you submit so we can show matching offers. Like any website, our hosting and application may create standard server logs (for example IP address, user agent, timestamps, and request paths) for security and troubleshooting.
Completing a reservation
When you choose to book, we open a link to an external booking system (WuBook) where you complete payment and guest details. That step is governed by the booking provider’s terms and privacy policy. We do not receive your full payment-card data through this website for that flow.
Member and administrator accounts
If you use member features, we store account details in our database (such as email address, username, and profile fields you provide) and send sign-in links by email. Administrator accounts use a username and password. We use these details to operate memberships, reservations, and site administration as applicable.
Cookies and sign-in
When you sign in, we set HTTP-only cookies so your browser stays authenticated (separate cookies for member and staff areas). Those cookies are required for the session and are not used for advertising.
AI assistant (signed-in users)
If you use the in-app assistant while logged in, your messages and limited conversation context are sent to an external AI service configured by us to generate replies. Conversations are not stored long-term in our application database for training purposes; processing is handled according to the AI provider’s practices.
Security, hosting, and retention
We protect access to systems with industry-standard measures appropriate to the service. We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, or resolving disputes. Aggregated or de-identified information may be used for operations that do not identify you. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts; Google may receive technical data (such as your IP address) when your browser requests those assets.
Your rights and questions
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights or ask questions about this policy, contact us at the email shown in the site footer.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date below reflects the latest version.
