The festival has grown to become one of the 3 largest classical events in the Czech Republic in its 30 years of existence. It has hosted 565 concerts and events, with around 13,000 artists from 40 countries participating.

One of the concerts takes place on the Castle Garden's Lake. The pond stands at the end of the castle garden, which invites you to take a stroll through the lime avenues. If you prefer a suit or trousers with a blouse, the dress code is also met. The opening and closing concerts deserve a more festive dress code. You'll feel like a queen in a long evening dress. Don't wear needle heels if you don't want to struggle, because Český Krumlov is full of pebble stone sidewalks.
